Biography
Son of Hereditary Grand Duke Carl August of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. Succeeded him as Hereditary Grand Duke 1894. Succeeded his grandfather Grand Duke Carl Alexander of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach as Grand Duke 1901. Abdicated 1918.
Received the order as a representative at King Oscar II’s government jubilee.
