Biography
Oldest son of Prince Amedeo, Duke of Aosta, a younger brother to King Umberto I of Italy. Cousin to King Vittorio Emanuele III of Italy. Succeeded his father as Duke of Aoesta 1890. Received the order as representative at King Oscar II’s government jubilee.
